Sure, you can use any of the encryption methods provided by the program, but there are some things you should consider:

* The methods provided here, Blowfish, DES, RSA, Rijndael are a little old now. The libraries I use are a bit out of date.
* These methods are very slow.
* If you are not against compression, you can better use individual zip compression with any of the provided AES methods. This implementation is more secure AND faster.
* Consider using NTFS file system encryption or/and NTFS native permissions if possible.
