Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information

Hello!
Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched, couldn't find an answer. I did see another post where someone was having a similar problem and was pointed to this post:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=809
I have added System Volume Information to the excluded list, but it still gives me this error every day:
ERR 2024-04-20 04:05:30 An error occurred while checking for mirror changes: (5) Access is denied: [E:\System Volume Information]
Here's what I did:

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Hi Cobian,
Yes, I did. I linked to that post in my post.
Am I excluding System Volume Information incorrectly?
It's not giving an error for any of the other folders in my excluded list, just E:\System Volume Information.
Thank you.

I think that is because the folder existes in the destination. If you delete it from the destination, I think it won't bother you anymore.

Hi Cobian,
Thanks for the reply. I don't think that directory can be deleted. Or, at least, I can't delete it. Anyone know how?
Thank you.

It surely cannot be deleted from teh source but are you sure it cannot be deleted from the destination?

Yep. Windows doesn't allow me to delete it. I even tried command line:

Hi Cobian.
I must be missing something. Apologies for that. According to how I set it up,
D is the source,
E is the destination.

Yes, but this rmdir is trying to remove the System Volume Information of E, which is impossible (every drive has its own one).
