If the file dynamic names are not so complex, you could perhaps use some parameters like the ones listed on the help file. For example for dates and time you could use: %DATETIME is replaced with the current date and time. Uses the system format settings or %FORMATDATETIME - Same than %DATETIME but ...

If I remember it correctly, the only time Split is set back to None is if Compress files individually is check. I don't remember any other case. Do you find something in the log like "Changing the split option to none" or something similar?

Hello!

You could use the %DISKLABEL parameter (see the help file under the Parameter link) to dynamically set the destination folder. You need then to be sure that your flash drives uses some unique drive label.

The first backup will always get "parked" by default to prevent the program to delete it. This can be disabled at Options-Engine-First backup parked

I *think* that is by design. The two files (the original and the created one) are not longer equal, so if you delete the original, there is no equal file to delete at the destination.
