Puedes conectarte a la base de datos history.db (es una base sqllite) y cambiarlo alli. Algo mas complicado pero posible.

Change the compression methiod from zip to 7zip

Sounds like corrupted archives...

No recuerdo si el sistema de 7zip soporta segmentacion de archivos en esa version tan vieja, pero si la soporta, cambia el metodo a 7zip.
