If the user is a user on Nas2024, try setting Nas2024 as Domain instead for "."

In newer versions you need to use "Custom Paths" and not "CustomPaths"

Si el destino es un NAS , algunos de estos tienen problemas con algunos caracteres (por ejemplo, la barra baja _). Es una teoria.
