Those are encrypted files. Use the Decryptor tool in order to decrypt them.

Uncheck the option to show the exact progress of the backup. This should solve this problem I think.

Cobian.Reflector.Application.exe cannot be run as a service. Cobian.Reflector.Service.exe is the service part and the service name is CobianReflectorService

So perhaps it's the date oart that is creating the problem. Some NASes have problem with the semicolon ; in the file name.
