I *think* MS introdiced a cure for this when targeting .net 4.62 or better (I use 4.6). For version 3 (if it ever comes out) I will be targetting .net 6.0 so I *think* there is a probability for this getting better.

If this option is ticket, those directories should be deleted (unless we are talking aboiut ftp/sftp backups)

Hmm... I can't find any obvious problem with this command line.

Make a clear password on the program and copy the result to be used anywhere it's needed.

Everything is OK as long as I can see. Are you perhaps deleting old backups? (Those are being deleted in the background)
