The program is ignoring it BUT the mirror function is finding the one directory that belogs to E: .

1) Change the destination to some other directory that is not root.

2) Do not use the mirror function

Those are encrypted files. Use the Decryptor tool in order to decrypt them.

Uncheck the option to show the exact progress of the backup. This should solve this problem I think.

The only good strategy is to NEVER use the mirror option.
