Verify in the History tab if you have all your needed conditions there. Often there is a conflict in the logic there if you want to keep a total number of backups and only a certain number of differentials, for example.

For version 3 perhaps.

Just select the source and click Edit. Select the new source and click OK. The old source should be replaced.

You need to select "Delete if successfully mailed" or you will get the same old logs over and over again.

Yes, this seems to work only for file names. I don't remember if there is a reason for this or not... Hmm

It seems like it is crashing trying to convert the text list to a list of tasks. Have you modified your list manually?

This can be done with a pre-backup event I would think.
