yes it does exist; tried using //Client_Cloud_Storage/John and /Client_Cloud_Storage/John but nothing works strangely
any suggestions?

always create parent folder is set
strange that I can't select the directory to store the data even though the user has all necessary rights on the Synology NAS
can it be the location format? ie. /Client_Cloud_Storage/John

DSM 7 shows it as SFTP under the Control Panel - File Services - FTP menu

got it sorted out - thanks for your help

seems there was an issue on my NAS side which appears to be now resolved

Oddly enough I wasn't given an option to change the install directory - I'll install the newer version and see if it gives me that option this time. Thanks

Force Install Reflector to Another Drive

I have limited space on my main C Drive and would like to force Reflector to install all of its apps and files including the Services apps to my Ram Drive. Is there a commandline that will accomplish this so the install directory no longer exists under C:\Program Files? Thanks
