Why does it have both a Windows compressed folder backup and a 7Zip styled backup?

I have set up Gravity on a computer that performs a backup for a small Network. There are some shared folders on several different computers and they are backed up to aportable hard drive. I have set the backup to use Windows compression. It backs the data up and puts it in a compressed folder forma...
