Well I suppose it’s the pop up message that is annoying. I read something like this on a review about Reflector on the Web - but impossible to find it again.

Hello, filters are working only on files. I want to back up only some directories (2015, 2016…). Is there a way to do so or do I need to duplicate the tasks?
