Re: Email of log files stopped working

I'm also having the issue. At first my log files were very large since I had verbose logging set. But I have since set to log only errors and now the log files are very small (Around 135kb), yet I do not get logs in my email. The email test works. But when the log trys to send I get An error occurre...

Re: Incremental Backup is copying everything

OK. I got impatient so I started playing with it some more and I found that another one of my original backups which I switched to Differential was also backing up everything, every time. So after some trial and error I found that deleting the task, and cloning a working task, then adjusting it for ...

Re: New Seperated Backups WITHOUT Use absolute paths

I get that. But is the other functionality also by design? A folder which does have data, but that data has not been updated, is also deleted if it happens to be empty due to not having been updated?

Re: New feature suggestion: File Versions Deleted or changed

Sure, if you have and want to devote resources to that. But I think that also causes more issues than it's helps fix. It would be much cleaner if the backup just had copies of those files, then admin could manage them however they see fit without worrying about disk space and system performance.

Incremental Backup is copying everything

OK, I created a new Incremental backup and after 3 days I notice my drive space is running low. I look at the folders for this new backup and notice that the Incremental folders are about the same size as the Full folder. Pic attached.

Any idea what's going on?

New feature suggestion: File Versions Deleted or changed

Just an idea that would really come in handy for me and I'm sure many others. A separate folder which would keep x amount of versions of a file that has been changed or deleted. This way we could always go back to find an older version of a file even if it was deleted a year ago, and we only keep ba...

Re: New Seperated Backups WITHOUT Use absolute paths

Thank you for the clarification. I don't have Ignore empty directories checked. The only options I have checked on Advanced Tab are clear archive attribute and Include backup type in name. Those directories are not empty, on the source. They have not been updated in quite some time, so no need to co...

Re: New Seperated Backups WITHOUT Use absolute paths

Can I ask you to clarify your statement? "WITHOUT absolute paths, but creating top directory you will get: D:backup\dir2(files) WITHOUT absolute paths, and BUT creating top directory you will get: D:backup\(files)" I'm not sure what you mean by "and BUT" I think you meant to say "But Without". Also,...
