I am not in the office now but from memory my initial attempts were just using ZIP and the problem did not occur.

When I get back to the system I will try using the same parameters but generating zip files rather than 7zip and see what happens.

I found the "Compression Method" as 7zip in the Archive tab but couldn't find the" Encryption method", (AES 256/192/128 bits), in that tab.
