Re: Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information
This is OK and shouldn't be giving you any error EXCEPT if you are mirroring tasks. That's because the System Volume Information in E: is being checked (nothing you can do to prevent it). The only solution I can think off right now is changing the destination E:\ to E:\D, for example. Hi Cobian. I ...

Re: Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information
Hello Cobian. I fully understand that there is something that I'm missing here, and it's probably very obvious. Maybe I should approach it in a different way, with a question. And I'll start at the beginning. How can I get Cobian Reflector to stop giving this error message? ERR 2024-04-20 04:05:30 A...

Re: Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information
Hi Cobian.
I must be missing something. Apologies for that. According to how I set it up, D is the source, E is the destination.

Re: Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information
Hi Cobian,
Thanks for the reply. I don't think that directory can be deleted. Or, at least, I can't delete it. Anyone know how?
Thank you.

Re: Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information
Hi Cobian,
Yes, I did. I linked to that post in my post.
Am I excluding System Volume Information incorrectly?
It's not giving an error for any of the other folders in my excluded list, just E:\System Volume Information.
Thank you.

Can't Seem to Exclude System Volume Information
Hello! Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched, couldn't find an answer. I did see another post where someone was having a similar problem and was pointed to this post: https://forum.cobiansoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=809 I have added System Volume Information to the excluded list, but it st...

Re: Mirror Drive Problems
Thanks Luis. I deleted the "D 2023-02-23 04;01;16" directory, unchecked the separated backups box, and when it ran it created a directory called "D". Is that bacause I would need to uncheck the "Use absolute paths" option? I've attached screenshots of the three settings pages that I think are pertin...

Re: Mirror Drive Problems
Hello Luis,
Thanks for the reply.
The destination drive was already mostly mirrored, from using Cobian Backup, when I installed Reflector. What I got when I ran Reflector was that those files stayed and a new folder called "D 2023-02-23 04;01;16" was added.
Thanks again for the help.
