Sorry, I don't get it. It's a FAQ that says the same thing I already did: exclude the folder from the backup. But the error persists, so what else can I try?

In the attached image you can see Reflector doing exactly the same thing, and I already added "System Volume Information" to the exclude list.
What else can I try?
