I am also having an issue installing reflector. Tried two computers.

I see Cobian in the task manager "preInstall" then it vanishes and nothing.

Nothing installed in registry. Tried run as administrator.

Solved! Yes, it was set to do incremental backups. If you asking if it was doing incremental backups over and over. It won't stop doing full backup after installing windows 10.

I have tested it every which way. Guess upgrading to windows 10 was a bad idea.

I have run out of ideas.

So how do I force it to look for any missing files in the backup without it affecting the files that have already been backed up?

Tried reinstalling and no good.

All I need it to do is look at the file name and date and change it if the date has changed.

There is no logical reason.

I tried it with default settings and thought that might be what was the issue.

I just clicked it and tried running back ground and its still backing up all files.
