Perhaps the archhive attributes have not been cleaned? This happens if the user doesn't have write permissions inthe source. This could be fixed by running under LocalSystem in the service.

Uncheck "First backup always full" inn the options.

It could be very difficult to edit if everything was in the same line. For example, the proxy setting (as a line) could be up to 800 characters, so I take it out on it's own "mini-ini file".

I would create an ini file that is customized for that.

Separation of concerns... Ini in the ini file, and setup info in the setup info.
