Repaise points are Windows (NTFS) symbolyc links, junction points volume mount points, etc. Windows by default mounts a lot of its directories in C:\Users\<your user name> as reparse points.

The program will keep the directory structure so I don't see any easy solution to this problem.

If the drive is not present when it's time to delete, then it won't be accessible and won't be deleted.

If the backup is compressed, select 7zip instead of zip.

Just add the Hibernate option to a post-backup event for the last task of your backup.
