PS: On the other hand, reading where the exception comes from (LoadIni), I think it's not the list, but the ini file (settings) that is the problem, so a copy of the settings would do better I think.

Very strange indeed. I have no done any changes to the FTP part for years now.

I may be wrong but I think the exclusions superceed the inclusions. I think you need to separate this task into two, with the first one ignoring the big directory and the second one with only the little one as a source.

-notray should start it without the tray icon.
