I would set a daily incremental backup with "Use fixed day" on Saturday and Full copies to keep = 2.

If both tasks are differential (not incremental) (which is not a good thing if there is no full backup as reference) then both tasks should be detecting the changes.

Hello! Zip compression can always be the source of many problems. In theory it should work if you are using Zip64 on compression (Options-Compression-Zip64 Always). Do you add the directories using the Add directory button or using the Add mask? ..Interesting. I'll need to try this one but in my machine those files are copied without problems.

Mirror tasks can introduce a lot of strange small problems.. Now I don't think that this issue is caused by the mirror task...
Is the the task created as Incremental? Are you using the archive attributes method? Are you creating separated backups or overwriting old files at the destination?
