Yes it is. I secure those directories manually. For version 3 (if it ever comes out) the program will only run as a service OR as an application per user (but not globally). This will fix this issue.

Repaise points are Windows (NTFS) symbolyc links, junction points volume mount points, etc. Windows by default mounts a lot of its directories in C:\Users\<your user name> as reparse points.

The program will keep the directory structure so I don't see any easy solution to this problem.

If the drive is not present when it's time to delete, then it won't be accessible and won't be deleted.
