For one of your tasks you need to unselect the Clear archive attribute in the Advanced tab.

It should create separated zip files.. Like

file 2020-12-01.zip
file 2020-12-02.zip
file 2020-12-03.zip
file 2020-12-04.zip
...etc

Should be some bug in the zip engine I suppose.
