Cobian.Reflector.Application.exe cannot be run as a service. Cobian.Reflector.Service.exe is the service part and the service name is CobianReflectorService

So perhaps it's the date oart that is creating the problem. Some NASes have problem with the semicolon ; in the file name.

Do you have some example? The date is only added if you are creating separated backups.

The first backup of an incremental task will be made full. The second, theird, etc will be really incremental.
