Which version are you using? In the first version up to 1.3 if I remember it correctly some files where uploaded in ASCII mode.

You are including the backup type in the name, so that will give you a clue, I think.

If compress files individually is selected then everything is as expected. The option to include the path in the file is not available in this case in order to make decompression easy with the included tool.

The next backup will always be undefined for timers. What is the value of the timer?
