Hidden Folder Issue

Why is Cobian creating folders that are marked as Hidden

"Hide protected operative system files (Recommended)".

So I can't see them unless I uncheck this option?

I can't see why some back ups are set up like this and some are not. Even when I clone a task that doesn't hide a folder from another drive it does it to other drive.

The only time this happens is if you backup a root drive (c:\, d:\, eyc). What I can remember anyway
