in what format is time stored

Hello,so i'm making a small parser to check what is being backed across a couple of machines and i'd like to know when the backups are runned but i came across the timestamp in weird binary format inside the MainList file, would it be possible to know how it it's being formatead?, thanks, also is the same in cobian reflector?

In Gravity the date and time are represented as a double, with the most significant byte containing the date and the less significant the time. If I remember it correctly the program contained a tool to encode/decode date/times.
