I'm having an issue with Cobian Backup in which the job runs without reporting errors, but no files or folders are getting copied to the destination directory. This happens for both differential and incremental backup. Pleas find the log mentioned below:

cobian 11 (gravity) creating empty folders
Re: cobian 11 (gravity) creating empty folders
No files were copied so only the directory structure was created. Checking "Delete empty folders" will also remove those.

Re: cobian 11 (gravity) creating empty folders
There is no default password. Somebody must have set a password. There is no magic.

Hi Luis,
Unfortunately we are in situation where the person who set the passphrase has left the company. Could you please advice if there is a way to get the passphrase from .ini file?
