FTP Socket Error # 11001

Hi. Im trying to backup some documents using ftp and this error keeps showing up.
If I use windows explorer i can access with no issue.
But if i use cobian, with same IP address and same credentials i get this error.

Error 11001 is Host not found.

1- Check that the host is entered OK (no spaces after the host name or similar)
2- Check that the port number is correct
3- Check that the firewall is allowing the connection for the engine.
