Problema resuelto, simplemente reinicié el servidor y volvió a la normalidad, eliminando e instalando nuevamente, probablemente algo almacenado en caché.

Es posible que pueda eliminar la herramienta sin eliminar la lista configurada.
Después de eso, probablemente se instalará y mantendrá la misma lista, que será sin contraseña.
