Cobian Backup asking for a password for single files when backing them up

I installed Cobian Backup as application (not service) as I would like to write the tmp files to a network drive on my Windows 10 system.
Unfortunately, when starting the backup Cobian Backup asks for a password for each single file that I want to backup. It's a prompt with the headline "Password for filename.xyz" and the label "Enter password".
What kind of password is here needed? As the network drive is mounted and the application user has access to the source files it's very unclear to me what to enter. Also can this password somehow be stored as I want to backup thousands of files without manual interaction.
Thanks in advance.

Hmm I don't think this is Cobian Backup asking for the password. Could you please show a picture of the dialog box? Cobian Backup never shows dialogs boxes during the backup.
