Lots of copies of the same folders

Every time I run Cobain it generates another duplicate folder and adds the date, time and the word (full). I have several folders with the same content in. Just want to back up the folder as originally named and add any new files. How do I do this please? Have attached a screen shot. Please help. Thanks.

Just uncheck "Create new separated backups" in your task.

Can I also ask how to stop it running a full backup and only back up new files that aren't on the backup drive as it appears to do a full back up each run?

Change your task type from Full to Incremental.
