How to turn off malware blocker?

I'm trying to back up some files but I get the error: "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software". It doesn't, but even if it did, I'll leave that up to my antivirus program, not my data copying program. That's reaching a little too far beyond the role of the software. How can I disable this option so that the software does what it's supposed to, which is copy the files I've specified, without being a busybody? Thank you.

There is no malware blocker. That's beyond the functionality of this program. I guess this is the antivirus program doing its work.
