Help, I just upgraded my storage USB from a 256GB to a 512GB. Both SanDisk 3.1. I had a file on the old USB that is rejected by the new USB. The file is 5.4GB. If I try to manually transfer it from the C drive to the USB, the message comes up the it's too big.

Re: Parameter is incorrect
How is the USB drive formatted? Using FAT32 or NTFS? FAT32 drives have a limit of 4GB size per file.

You are absolutely correct. Once I reformatted the drive, backup went right through with no errors. Thank you.
