Socket Error # 10060 Connection timed out

I would like some help, lately a problem has been occurring where it doesn't happen every day, but once in a while, I mean, every 1 week, 2 days of the week it happens normally, we use the Cobian to generate the backup of the system that we use and to send it to an FTP share, the backups are all sent during the night at 00:00, but there are days that it says that the Cobian couldn't communicate with the FTP server...

ERR 2023-01-23 00:08 Could not connect to "IP": Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.
ERR 2023-01-23 00:08 Could not create remote directory "/Path/Path": Connection Closed Gracefully.
2023-01-23 00:08 The history file for "Archive" will not be saved because the backup result is empty
We have already checked firewall issue, blocking, characters, in short, everything is correct, could you help me?
