Can't access network location

I have been using Cobian for a couple of years and have never run into a problem, until now. I have it setup to copy files from a computer on the other side of the office, I can access the user folder with no issues from the reception pc. When I add the files by directory in the task, it finds them without a problem. When I run the task it tells me it can not access the folders. both pc's are windows 10, both have sharing turned on, and for the life of me I can not figure out why all of a sudden Cobian can't access the folders.
