Remote Manager Issue

Hello everyone, i has a problem with remote connection, i configurated several machines,
to management logs and see the backup.
but when a try to connect with the client machine i received this message :
The remote client has been disconected. This window will be closed.
i'll be really apreceated if someone can give me a hand with this trouble.

I Found a solution: in the client machine its necessary specify host name or ip from the host machine , as you see in the image.

Exactly. This is the way the client has to know what host to connect to.
