Backup files are missing

Software: Cobian Backup 11 Gravity 11.2.0.582
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2
My server has set up two types of backups: full and incremental. Previously, it was working normally, but in the latest month, I found that there were significantly fewer files to back up. For example, the source file had 20 folders, but the backup may only have 5 folders. I don't know how to check for any issues. Additionally, at the end of each backup, an error message will be displayed saying“删除卷影复制快照集时发生错误：Deletion of snapshot failed: The requested object does not exist.”Will this have an impact?
