Hi, i get the following error message in the journal every time the backup runs:

ERR 2023-05-14 13:00 Impossible de communiquer avec le Service « Volume Shadow Copy ». S'il vous plaît vérifiez que le service est installé et fonctionne

What is wrong and where to start looking for the fix?

If you are using Gravity then the most probable thing is that .NET 3.5 is not installed.
