Incremental backup

I downloaded and ran Cobian Backup Gravity 11.2.0.282 and did a full backup on my D drive (2.6 tb) to another external drive. After I did this I discovered that Reflector was available. Do I have to do a full backup with reflector or can I run an incremental so I don't have to do the backup all over again? It took over 30 hours to do.
