Issue with the source folder/issue with the original carpet

Hello, I would like to start by apologizing if this topic has already been asked in the forum. The search did not yield any useful results, either that the text was too long or that the terms I entered were common.
I have a question regarding an error I'm receiving when backing up:
12:10 ERR 2022-12-14 It appears that the source folder "serverbackup" is either missing or not accessible.
Since I can view and store files in the folder, I'm not sure what's producing the problem.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
