Hello, Lois
some thoughts about TEMP folder.
sometimes, some users turning their PC`s OFF before backup uploaded to destinations.
as result - backup data in TEMP folder collecting, again and again.
Of course, there is a ways to clean this up - by OS scheduler or "Pre Backup" action.
BUT
It would be very useful to have a checkbox like a [x] Clean up uncompleted tasks in TEMP folder
one more thing about this - option to continue uncompleted tasks after PC is UP again, but a realize its not so simply, as it sound
TEMP folder Ballooning

Re: TEMP folder Ballooning
Hello,
The idea of adding an option to clean up uncompleted tasks in the TEMP folder is excellent and could indeed be quite useful. Here’s a brief overview of the concept and how it could be implemented:
1. Clean Up TEMP Folder Option: Adding a checkbox like `[x] Clean up uncompleted tasks in TEMP folder` would help manage leftover backup data that hasn't been uploaded due to unexpected shutdowns. This would ensure that the TEMP folder doesn’t accumulate unnecessary files.
2. Handling Uncompleted Tasks: Implementing a feature to resume uncompleted tasks after a PC reboot would be beneficial, though it could be complex. It would require:
- Tracking incomplete tasks and their status.
- Implementing a mechanism to resume or restart these tasks once the PC is back online.
For now, using scheduled tasks or pre-backup actions to handle these issues is a good interim solution. However, suggesting this feature to the software developers or community could lead to its inclusion in future updates.
