questions about backup error

I am using the Cobian backup that you made well
Recently,
An error phenomenon that the image files are not backed up was found.
A few image files are not backed up to NAS.
The error log is that the file was not backed up while uploading and that the transfer is retrying.
When I checked the backup folder, I couldn't see the files I tried to upload again.
How do it fix it?
I would be grateful if you tell me how or manual
