Backup takes too much time

I have been using Cobian Backup 11 for a couple years, and it worked perfectly, but now the backups takes a lot of time than before, it used to start at 11PM and finish at 5 AM, but now by 10 AM isn´t even finished. I have read the topics and i tried disabling timestamps and attributes, but it didn´t work, so what else can i do??

Are you using compression? Are there a lot of small files on the source? Is the destination on the network?

No i´m no using compression, i have about 300 small files, and yes the destination in on the network

Seems a bit extreme for only 300 small files. Is the destination a NAS (guessing).

That´s correct is a NAS, what else can i do??

Always a NAS. If you try to copy the source manually (in Explorer) to the NAS, does it take the same amount of time?
