Can't build data connection: Cannot assign requested address.

Hi,
uploading backups to ftp stopped working a week ago. Error message:

ERR 2024-10-17 08:11 File upload error "": Can't build data connection: Cannot assign requested address.

I checked the firewall and requests to the NAS go through port 21.

What should i do.

Perhaps the ip adress of the server has changed (not unusual if the server is using a dynamic ip)
