hello to all.
I start the backup task but ,when creating the backup *.zip file on the "virtual disk" (installed on the pc and residing on google drive )It gave the error message: access denied

any suggestion ?

Change the installation mode from Service to Application. That will solve the issue.

Non è necessario Modificare la modalità di installazione da Servizio ad Applicazione.

Basta specificare il percorso completo reale dove si trova la cartella di Google Drive, anzi addirittura si può anche decidere in quale cartella di Google Drive eseguire il backup.
Nell'esempio sottostante come destinazione al posto di specificare la lettera assegnata a Google Drive (ad esempio J:, e così mi dava l'errore suddetto) ho specificato l'intero percorso, dove Infolog è il nome dell'utente usato e BackupProva è una sottocartella esistente in Google Drive in cui far confluire il backup, ovviamente creandola prima (da da Pc o da Google Drive-Browser).

Esempio: C:\Users\Infolog\Google Drive\BackupProva

Il problema che si porrebbe per me è che se dovessimo fare copie con una elevata mole di dati (100GB) con copie di archiviazione storica con periodicità mensile dovrei avere uno spazio non indifferente 100GB x N.copie storiche), dove appunto risiede la cartella di Google Drive sincronizzata sul mio disco (\Users\Infolog\Google Drive\).

to resolve this issue (already resolved into into other pc) I am tryng to switch to application mod, as succested by Mr Cobian.

So I have tried to uninstall cobian backup, restart the pc, then start the installation again, but I'm not able to choose the installation type.
I mean the software is installing again as service I think.
I have tried also to use IoBitUnistaller with same result.
Please need help,
we are unable to copy to the virtual google driver folder.

Just use "Tools-Service and application control" and uninstall the service. It will prompt you if you wish to start the application instead.
