Management Client ID Computer Name

Hi,
Do I really need to type computer name on "Management -> Client ID" for each computers?
What if for 500 or more computers?
I'm using Window 7 Pro (32 and 64), Windows 10 Pro 1909, 20H2, 21H1 (32 and 64 bit)
