Hello,

I've a problem since the beginning of april this year.

From 2018 to april 2019 it works fine..

I backup a file from a server drive to an other connected drive.. cobian runs on my client pc.

The error message:

2019-07-03 10:02 The log tab has been cleared. The log file with its full content is still available from the Log menu

The file is ok, I work every day with it...

Where is the problem? :(

I would guess something has changes with the permissions of the file. Try Tools-Reset permissions to see if it helps.

Hi,

unfortunately, the permissions are not the problem.. I've checked it and test it with permissions for all users.. same problem :(

Perhaps the program is runing as a service? In that case that could be problematic sometimes (especially is running under the Local System account, which cannot access the network).

I reinstall as autostart and all work fine.. great :)
