Could you tell me pls why I am getting this error? I have also tried running Cobian using Admin but still get the error.

Ost files are not included in a volume shadow copy by the OS (i guess because ost files can not be reused and therefore there is no point in backing up them)

You can tell the OS to include oat files in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToSnapshot

Delete the OutlookOST subkey
