When I run a Cobian Reflector 2.7.10 backup, in the Documents task report I get the following message in red "An error occurred while listing the content of the directory "C:\Users\gtada\Documents\My Music": (5) Access is denied: [C:\Users\gtada\Documents\My Music]"
I also get that message for a "My Pictures" and "My Videos" folders.
I have never created any "My Music", "My Pictures", or "My Videos" folders in my Documents folder, and running File Explorer, none can be found.
Why is Cobian Reflector saying they exist?
Error occurred while listing content
Re: Error occurred while listing content
Because they exist (ckeck it with a DIR in the command line) but it's very possible that thiose are reparse points. Are they being ignored in the settings? Which user is running the task?

Re: Error occurred while listing content
I did a Command Prompt DIR for Documents, which lists everything alphabetically, and the only "My" folders are My Albums, My Games, My Library, and My PageManager, all of which are correct.

Can you enter those directories? Like CD "My music". I suspect you will get a Permission denied.
Now you see that those directopries DO exist.I have never created any "My Music", "My Pictures", or "My Videos" folders in my Documents folder, and running File Explorer, none can be found.

Re: Error occurred while listing content
I have no problem getting into any of those four folders using File Explorer. I still have no idea why Cpbian Reflector says there are "My Music", "My Pictures", and "My Videos" folders in my Documents folder, when doing the DIR procedure doesn't show those three folders as existing.

Re: Error occurred while listing content
Although doing DiR within the Documents folder didn't show those three folders in the listing, if I did a CD "My Music" withing the Documents folder, it did take into a My Music folder. Doing a DIR within that folder showed it empty. The same applies to the "My Pictures" and "My Videos" folders. So since they were empty, I just did a RMDIR within the Documents folder for all three of those folders to get rid of them. Then I did another Cobian Reflector backup of the Documents folder, and no longer get the red message about those three folders. I have no idea how they got created, but they are gone now, so done deal as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for putting up with me on this issue.
